Delete Your Account in the App

Signed-in users can delete their account immediately from Settings > Delete Account. Deletion permanently removes the Firebase Authentication account and the primary personal account data handled by the server deletion process, including the profile, balances and entitlements, purchase and reward records, saved items, libraries, likes, comments, reports, notifications, and other private account records, subject to the uploaded-content and local-data exceptions below.

Content already uploaded, including its files and images, is not deleted. The deletion process removes account attribution from the primary public and submission database records and shows the public creator as a deleted user. Retained private or legacy records, storage paths, or object metadata may still contain the former UID, original filename, submission identifier, or other upload metadata for content integrity, moderation, and abuse investigation. The deleted account can no longer manage that content. Contact us before deleting your account if you also want us to review deletion of uploaded content and retained storage metadata. Account deletion cannot be undone.

Account deletion does not automatically erase downloaded files or every local cache on the device. Remove downloads in the app where available and clear the app’s storage or uninstall it to remove remaining local data.

Deleting a Craftia account does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed by Google Play or another app store. Cancel any active subscription separately in the store before deleting the account.

You have the right to access, rectify, object to the processing of, or erase the personal data maintained by us. You may request a change to or deletion of your personal data by describing the issue and contacting us at [email protected].

If you believe that our processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection laws, you have the legal right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you experience any issues.

Instructions for Requesting Data/Account Deletion

To request data deletion, send an email to [email protected] from the email address registered with the app or associated with the app data.

Use Data Deletion request page as the subject line and include all details necessary to identify your account or data and process your request.
