Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to the Craftia application for mobile devices (the “Application”) created by James Jung (the “Service Provider”). This application is advertising supported.
By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to the following Terms of Use. We strongly recommend that you read and understand these Terms carefully before using the Application. Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application or any portion thereof, or our trademarks, is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to extract the source code of the Application, translate it into another language, or create a derivative version is not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to the Application are owned by the Service Provider.
The Service Provider strives to ensure that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible and therefore reserves the right to modify the Application or charge a service fee at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider undertakes to clearly inform you of any charges incurred for the Application or Services.
The application stores and processes personal data provided by service providers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and access to the Application. Service providers strongly discourage jailbreaking or rooting your phone. These actions may expose your phone to malware, viruses, and malicious programs, may compromise your phone's security features, and may cause applications to not function properly or at all.
The Application uses third party services, which have their own terms and conditions. Here are links to the terms and conditions of the third party service providers used in the application:
- Google Play Services and Google Sign-In
- Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Functions, Storage, Hosting, and Crashlytics)
- Google Play Billing
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and UMP
- Google Fonts
- AppsFlyer
- Backblaze B2
- Cloudflare
Your service provider please inform you that some features require an active Internet connection. This connection may be provided by Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. The service provider is not responsible for the application not functioning properly if Wi-Fi is not accessible or data capacity is exhausted.
If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's terms and conditions still apply. Therefore, you may be charged by your mobile provider for data usage while connected to the Application, and may incur roaming data charges when using the Application abroad. By using the Application, you assume responsibility for these charges, especially if you have enabled data roaming outside your region (i.e. region or country) of residence. If you are not the bill payer for the device you are using, we assume you have permission from the bill payer.
Additionally, the Service Provider is not always liable for your use of the Application. For example, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device is charged. If your device does not work due to low battery, the service provider is not responsible.
This is important to inform you that the service provider is responsible for your use of the application. Although the Service Provider strives to ensure that the Application is up-to-date and accurate at all times, it relies on third parties to provide information. The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from your sole reliance on the functionality of the Application.
Your service provider may update your application. Applications are provided subject to operating system requirements and may change the requirements of any additional systems associated with them. You must download updates to continue using the application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be updated to ensure its relevance and compatibility to you. However, you agree to always accept updates as they become available. The service provider may stop providing the application and may terminate use at any time without prior notice to the user. At termination, unless otherwise notified by Service Provider:
- The rights and licenses granted to you terminate.
- You must stop using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
Paid subscriptions
VIP is available as auto-renewing weekly, monthly, and yearly plans. The localized price and exact billing period are shown before purchase. Your Google Play account is charged each billing period until you cancel. You can manage or cancel the subscription in Google Play Subscriptions. Uninstalling the Application or deleting your Craftia account does not cancel the subscription. After cancellation, benefits remain available until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are governed by Google Play policies and applicable law. For plan changes, Google Play displays the final amount and charge timing before you confirm.
User-generated content and community safety
Craftia allows users to submit content and interact with other users. Before each upload, you must review and accept this policy.
Only users who are at least 18 years old may submit or publish user-generated content.
You retain ownership of your content, but you must own or have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to submit it. You are solely responsible for your content and for complying with applicable laws and these Terms.
You must not upload, publish, share, request, promote, or facilitate:
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, or any content that endangers a child.
- Pornography, sexually explicit content, non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, or sexual solicitation.
- Graphic violence, credible threats, encouragement of self-harm, cruelty, or dangerous acts likely to cause serious injury.
- Hate speech or content that attacks, dehumanizes, or promotes discrimination or violence against protected groups.
- Harassment, bullying, stalking, intimidation, doxxing, or coordinated abuse.
- Illegal activity, illegal or regulated goods, terrorism or violent extremism, or dangerous challenges and instructions.
- Spam, scams, fraud, impersonation, manipulated engagement, or materially false or deceptive content.
- Malware, malicious code, phishing, attempts to compromise accounts or devices, or interference with the Application.
- Copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property violations.
- Personal or confidential information shared without authorization, privacy violations, or identity theft.
Submitted content may be reviewed by automated systems and/or trained reviewers before publication. The Service Provider may reject, remove, or restrict the visibility of content that violates this policy, presents a safety or legal risk, or is otherwise inappropriate. Pre-publication review does not guarantee that all violations will be detected and does not transfer responsibility away from the user.
The Application provides separate in-app tools to report content, report a user, and block or unblock a user. Reports may be investigated and appropriate action taken. Blocking a user hides that user's identifiable content in content lists, recommendations where creator data is available, and content details; you may unblock the user from the blocked content detail page. Technical or legal requirements may limit some effects of blocking.
Enforcement may include a warning, upload rejection, content removal, reduced visibility, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or account termination. Repeat or severe offenders may be permanently removed. The Service Provider may preserve relevant information and cooperate with law enforcement or competent authorities when required by law or reasonably necessary to address an immediate safety risk.
Craftia does not offer monetization, rewards, promotion, or other incentives for objectionable content or behavior. Attempts to profit from, encourage, or amplify violations may lead to enforcement.
By uploading content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this section.
